This Sweepstakes Rules is provided by Anheim Trading Co., LTD (collectively referred to herein as "the team", "we", "our" or "us").

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sweepstakes Coins can be used to participate in games of Promotional Play for a chance to win further Sweepstakes Coins which are redeemable for real prizes.

These Sweepstakes Rules are to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.

1.Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Anheim Trading Co., LTD. Sponsor's decisions on the operation and management of the sweepstakes, acceptance of entries, and type and amount of prizes/prizes won are final and binding. The Sweepstakes Period ("Sweepstakes Period") for each Sweepstakes starts at the beginning of each spin and ends at the conclusion of that spin. Each spin is a separate Sweepstakes.

2.Eligibility to play Sweepstakes

1)The following definitions apply to these Sweepstakes Rules:

a) Eligible Participants means legal residents of the Permitted Territories;

b) Permitted Territories means the United States (other than the States of Idaho and Washington), and Canada (other than the province of Quebec);

2)Game is only open to Eligible Participants, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever occurs later) at the time of entry. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

3)The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.

4)Participation constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstakes Rules and Sponsor’s/Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

5)Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Sweepstakes Rules.

6)Employees, any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is by birth, marriage or adoption) and household members (people who share the same residence at least 3 months of the year) are not eligible to participate.

3.Free Sweepstakes Coins

1)Users must create a user account in order to participate in the sweepstakes and receive sweepstakes coins. Creating an account is completely free.

2)There are many ways to collect Sweepstakes Coins:

a.Register an account on this website (and pass any necessary verification checks), if you log in every day, you will get up to some free Sweepstakes Coins in your first three days.

b.By logging into your account every day, you can claim free lucky draw coins. The more often you log into your account, the more free Sweepstakes Coins you can claim.

c.Users can obtain Sweepstakes Coins by retail purchasing Gold Coins on the website for use in games.

Applications for Sweepstakes Coins must be made by users only. Applications made by any other individual or any entity will be declared invalid and Sweepstakes Coins will not be credited to the user's account. It is prohibited to tamper with the participation procedure or the operation of the lottery, including but not limited to using any device to automate the lottery coin application/participation procedure, and any application/participation that is deemed by the sponsor to be submitted in a non-compliant manner will be deemed invalid. If a dispute over the identity of the individual who actually submitted the application cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected application/entry will be deemed invalid.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost/incomplete/invalid/incomprehensible or erroneous Sweepstakes Coin applications or distributions.

4.Use of Sweepstakes Coins

1)Users who have Sweepstakes Coins can use these lottery coins to play games and have a chance to win more Sweepstakes Coins. Sweepstakes Coins won through play may be considered eligible for prize redemption, subject to redemption rules.

2)Sponsor reserves the right to change the odds or odds/RTP of any sweepstakes game at any time in its sole discretion, but not during a particular game or spin. Users can see the actual and any modified odds and odds/RTP details on each game's individual interface. It is the user's responsibility to check the odds of winning each game before participating. The likelihood of achieving a particular outcome is not based on a user's previous engagement, length of engagement, or level of engagement, e.g. if you win a prize, your chances of winning the next day will remain the same. RTP reflects the theoretical return to a large number of players over an extended period of time. RTP will vary from game to game. The higher the RTP%, the more likely the user is to qualify for the prize.

5.Prizes

1)Only Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins can be redeemed. Unless otherwise stated or required by Sponsor, Sweepstakes Coins acquired by user by any method available under Section 3.2 must first be played through in an applicable Sweepstakes Game at least once before such Sweepstakes Coins may be counted toward the minimum number of Sweepstakes Coins required for a Prize Redemption request.

2)Cash Prize. When a user accumulates and maintains 100 or more eligible Sweepstakes Coins in their user account, they may elect to receive a cash prize upon login by following the redemption method steps on the site. These eligible users can claim a $1 cash prize for each eligible Sweepstakes Coin they choose to redeem. Therefore, users must have at least 100 eligible Sweepstakes Coins balances in their user accounts before they can claim their cash prizes. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, charge a fee for processing conversions. This fee, if applicable, shall not exceed a reasonable estimate of payment processing costs.

3)Gift Card Prize. Users who have accumulated and maintained 25 or more eligible Sweepstakes Coins in their User Account may elect to receive Gift Card Prize at login by following the redemption method steps on the Site. These eligible users can claim a gift card reward of $1 for each eligible Sweepstakes Coin they choose to redeem. Therefore, a user must have a minimum balance of 25 qualifying Sweepstakes Coins in their user account in order to claim any gift card prizes. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, charge a fee for processing conversions. This fee, if applicable, shall not exceed a reasonable estimate of payment processing costs.

4)Taxes. Sponsor is not responsible for any federal or state taxes or fees associated with prize redemption. Users are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with claiming and/or redeeming prize.

5)Sweepstakes Coins are non-transferable and cannot be substituted unless the Sponsor/Promoter decides at their own discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value for the listed prizes due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor/Promoter.

6)Before redeeming any prizes:

a.The name on your credit or debit card or other payment method must match the name that appears on your user account;

b.Your age, identity and all other required verification checks, including but not limited to source of funds and wealth, should be completed;

c.For security reasons and to prevent money laundering, we will only authorize prize redemption to a bank or bank account held in your name. If the account information you provide relates to a bank account held jointly with another person, and you accept that any prizes will be paid out to that joint account, they may ask you to provide information relating to the person with whom you hold the bank account. Additional documentation so we can identify and verify joint account holders.

7)We can only process one redemption request every forty-eight (48) hours. We will process redemption requests as soon as practicable.

8)When you choose to exchange with real money, you acknowledge and agree that it may take up to 10 days to process the payment mechanism we specify..

9)Due to bank clearance, security and fraud checks, payments over $2500 may take longer to process and may be paid in multiple installments.

10)For users residing in New York or Florida, the maximum amount that can be redeemed per spin or game round is limited to $5,000, and amounts in excess of $5,000 will not be redeemed to residents of New York or Florida.

11)We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the amount of bonuses redeemed by users to $10,000 per day.

12)Sweepstakes Coins have no value and users are eligible to seek to redeem prizes only under the circumstances specified here. If the User requests to close his account without seeking a qualifying redemption, or if the number of Sweepstakes Coins held in the account is less than the minimum number (25) of Sweepstakes Coins (as described above) required to redeem any prize, the User Not entitled to any prizes. Upon termination of the campaign for any reason, all Sweepstakes Coins in the user's account will be canceled and forfeited.

13)If the user's one or more purchases on this website are deducted, all pending prizes will be canceled, and no further prizes will be allowed, and the user's account may be suspended or terminated, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6.Verification

1)Potential sweepstakes winners are subject to verification by Sponsor or Sponsor's representatives (in any manner they choose), and Sponsor's decision is final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Users are not the winners of any prize, even if they are indicated on the online screen, unless and until the user's eligibility and possible winning play is verified and the user complies with these sweepstakes rules and is notified that the verification has been completed. Sponsor is not required to accept screenshots or other so-called winning evidence, and Sponsor's internal verification procedures shall be fully controlled.

2)Potential winners must abide by the rules of this sweepstakes, and the award is conditional on meeting all requirements at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and statement of liability/publicity (except where prohibited) and return it to Sponsor in order to claim the prize (if applicable). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to properly sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility/Declaration and Statement of Liability/Publicity (if applicable) within the stipulated time period, fails to comply with the rules of this Sweepstakes, or the prize or prize notification cannot be If returned, the potential winner will forfeit the prize.

7.Conditions of Entry and Release

By participating, each user agrees to:

a.comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes which are binding and final;

b.Exempt Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, prize providers, and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, administering, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and their respective past and present officers, directors, employees , agents and representatives (collectively "Released Parties") for any and all claims, costs and liabilities, including without limitation negligence and any damages to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under Invasion of Privacy ( Based on encroachment, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, or other legal theory), defamation, slander, slander, infringement of publicity rights, infringement of trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or due to user registration, death or personal injury arising from creating or submitting an entry, entering a sweepstakes, accepting or using or misusing a prize (including any travel or event in connection therewith), and/or broadcasting, exploiting or using an entry. and

c.Indemnify Sponsor against any and all claims, costs and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising out of or related to User's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or User's acceptance, use or misuse of prizes, Defend it and keep it from harm.

8.General conditions

1)Sponsor reserves the right to immediately cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules or any part of the Sweepstakes due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and only in the event of any fraud, technical failure or Sponsor may only cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion if any other factor beyond its scope impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

2)Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify individuals it finds tampering with the entry process or operation of the sweepstakes, violating these sweepstakes rules or any other promotion, or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

3)Anyone who attempts to deliberately disrupt the legal operation of the lottery may violate criminal and civil laws, and if such an attempt occurs, the sponsor reserves the right to seek compensation from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Sweepstakes Rules will not constitute a waiver of such provision.

4)In all other cases, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes.

5)In the event of modifying the Sweepstakes, an user’s continued enrollment and/or participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9.LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

1)Insofar as permitted by law in the respective territories, the Released Parties (as defined above) are not responsible for:

(a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;

(b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;

(c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;

(d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes; or

(e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

2)If for any reason a Participant’s Sweeps Coins or winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant’s sole remedy is replacement by Sponsor/Promotor of an equivalent amount of Sweepstakes Coins.
